We're just as comfortable telling you AI isn't the right tool for a particular problem as we are building it in - that call matters more to the outcome than which model you use.
Common questions
Do you build custom AI, or wrap existing tools like OpenAI?
Usually a mix - there's rarely a good reason to train a model from scratch when a strong foundation model can be integrated and fine-tuned around your data instead. Custom work goes into the integration, the guardrails and the workflow around it.
What about our data - is it safe?
We treat client data as confidential by default and are happy to sign an NDA before any detail gets shared. We'll talk through exactly what happens to your data with any third-party AI provider before we recommend using one.
How long does an AI project take?
Often a matter of weeks for a focused first version - we'd rather get something real in front of users early and refine it than spend a long time planning in the abstract.
Can you integrate AI into a system we already have?
Yes - most of our AI work sits inside an existing product or process rather than being a standalone build. We'll work with whatever stack you're already running, including Laravel applications.
What if AI turns out not to be the right fit?
We'll tell you. Part of scoping the work honestly is being willing to say a rules-based feature or a simpler integration would serve you better than an AI one.
