Only if you want them to. As standard, we work under your brand and stay out of anything client-facing unless you specifically ask us to join a call as part of your team.

Do you ever contact our client directly, or try to win them for yourselves?

No. The relationship we build is with your agency, not your client, and we don't reach out independently or pitch around you.

How does day-to-day communication actually work?

Through whoever's running the project on your side, in whatever tools you already use. We fit into your process rather than asking you to adopt ours.
