Your partner for AI agents that finish the task, not just answer the question

An AI-powered product built by Storm Digital

A chatbot answers; an agent acts. The agents we build take on multi-step work - reading what comes in, looking things up in your systems, drafting the response, routing the edge cases to a human - so the repetitive middle of a process stops eating your team's week.

What's included

Agent projects live or die on the boring parts: which systems the agent can touch, what it's allowed to decide alone, and what happens when it's unsure. That's where most of our engineering goes - the model is the easy bit. For broader AI work beyond agents, see our AI development services.

Common questions

What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot holds a conversation; an agent carries out a task - it can call your systems, take a sequence of steps and produce a finished result. If what you need is answers to customer questions, a chatbot might be the honest recommendation, and we'll make it.

How do you stop an agent doing something it shouldn't?

By design, not by hoping. Agents get the narrowest access that still does the job, hard limits on what they can change, and human approval built in wherever a mistake would be expensive - an agent that drafts and asks is worth far more than one that acts and apologises.

Which AI models do you build on?

Whichever fits the task and your constraints - we're not tied to one provider. The agent's value sits in the integration and the guardrails around the model, which also means the model can be swapped as better ones arrive without rebuilding everything.

Can an agent work with the systems we already run?

That's usually the whole point - an agent with nothing to connect to can't do much. We've spent years integrating with existing products and processes, whether that's a modern API, a Laravel application or something older and crankier.

How do we know it's working before we rely on it?

We test agents against real examples from your workflow before launch and keep measuring after, starting with the agent running alongside your team rather than instead of them - trust gets earned on evidence, not on a demo.
