Your partner for VR training people can practise in, not just watch
Some situations can't be rehearsed at work: the confrontation that turns nasty, the procedure that's dangerous to get wrong, the scenario that only happens once a year. VR training puts people inside those moments safely, lets them make the wrong call, and lets them try again - which is where it earns its keep over a video and a quiz.

What's included
We build training simulations in Unity, as part of our wider virtual reality work - scoped around what trainees need to practise, and what a headset needs to stay comfortable for a full session.
- Branching scenario simulations
- Behavioural & awareness training
- Procedural & safety walkthroughs
- Unity VR development
- Meta Quest & HTC Vive deployment
- Rollout support for training days & events
Common questions
What kind of training actually works in VR?
Situations that are dangerous, expensive or rare to recreate in real life, and human scenarios where the pressure of being inside the moment matters - de-escalation, awareness, difficult conversations. For content that's really just information transfer, we'll tell you a simpler format will do the same job for less.
Most of our staff have never worn a headset - will they cope?
That's the normal case, not the exception, so we design for it: simple controls, a gentle first minute, and comfort principles baked in from day one. A trainee who feels queasy or lost in the first thirty seconds learns nothing after that.
Can we see how trainees performed?
A branching simulation knows every decision a trainee made, so completion and choice data can be captured and reported on - useful for spotting where a whole cohort keeps taking the same wrong turn.
What does a rollout look like - how many headsets do we need?
Fewer than most people expect. Sessions are short by design, so a handful of Quest headsets rotating through a team goes a long way, and we'll advise on hardware and on-the-day setup as part of the build.
Our procedures change - can the training keep up?
Yes. Scenarios are built to be extended, so new branches, updated procedures and fresh content slot into the existing simulation rather than starting from scratch each time.
