Common questions
Do you build native apps or React Native?
Both - it depends on what you're building. React Native suits most apps that need to launch on iOS and Android without doubling the budget; we'll recommend native when performance or platform-specific features make it the better call.
How long does a typical build take?
It depends on the scope and complexity involved - a simple single-platform build is much quicker than a product with a lot of backend work. We work in sprints with small sign-off periods, so you're never waiting until the end to see progress.
We're not based in Surrey - can we still work with you?
Yes. Most of our client relationships run remotely day-to-day - including plenty of London-based businesses - being Surrey based just means there's always a real office and a real team behind the emails, and we're happy to meet in person if that helps.
How do you handle confidentiality and IP?
Everything we build belongs to you, and we're glad to sign an NDA before any detail gets shared - most of our client work is confidential, which is exactly how we like to keep it.
What happens after launch?
Launch is rarely where it ends for us - bug fixes, OS updates and new features tend to follow as the app finds its feet. Several of our client relationships started with a first app and are still going years later.
